Job Position: Mixer Operator

Pay Rate: $21.50 to $23.50 per hour

A-Shift (5am-5pm, Sun-Tue E/O Wed)

B-Shift (5pm-5am, Sun-Tue, E/O Sat)

C-Shift (5am-5pm, Thu-Sat E/O Wed)

D-Shift (5am-5pm Wed-Fri E/O Sat)

Mixer Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure required ingredients are on hand.
- Record ingredient quantities on the recipe sheet or into a database.
- Maintain accurate recipe logs.
- Mix ingredients according to work order instructions.
- Adhere to all sanitation procedures for cleanliness.
- Exhibit creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent work habits consistent with good manufacturing practices.
- Practice safe working habits at all times.
- Follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.

Mixer Operator Qualifications and Requirements:
-Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
-A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory
-Ability to lift between 50 to 75 pounds regularly
-Possess basic math skills
Forklift experience is an advantage but training will be provided if necessary
Basic computer proficiency
